I’ve been dancing since the age of 3 and turned professional after training at Italia Conti, where I earned a Level 6 Diploma in Professional Dance. My passion for movement and body awareness naturally led me to Pilates, which I’ve practiced throughout my training and career—both in mat and reformer formats.
Diagnosed with scoliosis at 19, I credit dance and especially Pilates for helping me manage it through posture correction and low-impact strength work. This experience has made me a strong advocate for Pilates, especially for those with postural conditions.
I’ve also been teaching dance and love the rewarding experience of nurturing students’ growth. I recently began my journey to become a certified Pilates instructor with HFE, completing my Level 3 Mat qualification and currently working toward my Level 4 Mat and Level 3 Reformer certifications.
